• Rates are posted for both per bedroom / per night and also for the whole Villa
• Check in time at 2 pm and check out time at 12 noon
• Early check-in and late check-out is free of charge but is only available subject to availability.
• Full payment for your booking is required at the time of booking.
• Dates of bookings can only be changed subject to availability and will be calculated at the rate for that season. Should the dates you require not be available then cancelations fees will be applied as below.

Cancelation Fees
• No cancelation fee will be charged when cancelled 60 days prior to check in.
• 50% cancelation fee when cancelled within 60 days to 30 days prior to check.
• 100% cancelation fee when cancelled within 30 days prior to check in.
• 100% cancelation fee when there for a no show.
• There will be no refund of rent should you decide to check out earlier than the date you had booked.
